DescriptionThe SA20A is designed as one kind of transient voltage suppressor device that has some points of features:(1)Plastic package has Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0; (2)Glass passivated junction; (3)500W peak pulse power surge capability with a 10/1000ms waveform, repetition rate (duty cycle): 0.01%; (4)Excellent clamping capability; (5)Low incremental surge resistance; (6)Fast response time: typically less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to V(BR) for uni-directional and 5.0ns for bi-directional types; (7)For devices with V(BR)310V, ID are typically less than 1.0mA; (8)High temperature soldering guaranteed: 265°C/10 seconds 0.375" (9.5mm) lead length, 5lbs (2.3 kg) tension.
