The SA614AN is an improved monolithic low-power FM IF system incorporating two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers,quadrature detectro,muting,logarthmic received signal strength indicator,and voltage regulator.

Features of the SA614AN are:(1)low power consumption:3.3mA typical;(2)termperature compensated logarithmic received signal strength indicator with a dynamic range in excess of 90dB;(3)two audio outputs-muted and unmuted;(4)low external component count,suitable for crystal/ceramic filters.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SA614AN can be summarized as:(1)single supply voltage:+9V;(2)storage temperature range:-65 to +150;(3)operating ambient temperature range:-40 to +85;(4)thermal impedance:75/W.
