SA615D/01-T

The SA615D/01-T belongs to the SA615 series. It is a kind of a high performance monolithic low-power FM IF system. It combines the functions of Signetics' SA602 and SA604A. It is available in 20-lead SOL (small outline large package) and 20-lead SSOP (shrink small outline package).It can be used in many applications such as cellular radio FM IF,high performance communications receivers,single conversion VHF/UHF receivers,SCA receivers,RF level meter,spectrum analyzer,instrumentation,FSK and ASK data receivers,Log amps and wideband low current amplification.

(1) low power consumption which is 5.7 mA; (2) mixer conversion power gain of 13dB at 45 MHz; (3) XTAL oscillator effective to 150 MHz; (4) 102dB of IF Amp/limiter gain; (5) 25MHz limiter small signal bandwidth; (6) two audio outputs-muted and unmuted; (7) low external component count; (8) excellent sensitivity.
