SAA1029

The SAA1029 is a universal bipolar logic and interface IC with high noise immunity and operational stability for industrial control applications.

Features of the SAA1029 are:(1)simple realization of the basic industrial control functions;(2)high dynamic and static noise immunity;(3)high operation stability;(4)short-circuit protection of inputs and outputs to both VEE and VCC;(5)wide interruption results in a safe input LOW state;(6)LOCMOS compatible.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SAA1029 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage range:14V to 31.2V;(2)operating ambient temperature range:-30 to +85;(3)input voltage HIGH:7.5V to 44V;(4)output voltage HIGH:13V to 30V;(5)input current:10mA(max.);(6)quiescent supply current:7.8mA(typ.).
