The SAM3N is designed as one kind of dual color LED lamp device that has four points of features:(1)Milky diffusion lens type; (2)3mm(T-1) all plastic mold type; (3)Radiation color (Red, Green); (4)Low power consumption.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SAM3N can be summarized as:(1)Power Dissipation: 85 mW;(2)Forward Current: 30 mA;(3)Peak Forward Current: 50 mA;(4)Reverse Voltage: 4 V;(5)Operating Temperature: -25 to 85 ;(6)Storage Temperature: -30 to 100 ;(7)Soldering Temperature: 260 for 5 seconds.
