SB10150FCT

The SB10150FCT is designed as 10A high voltage dual schottky barrier rectifier.

SB10150FCT has six features. (1) Schottky barrier chip. (2) Guard ring for transient protection. (3) High current capability, low forward. (4) Low reverse leakage current. (5) High surge current capability. (6) Plastic material has UL flammability classification 94V-O. That are all the main features.
