The SB6030PT is designed as 60A schottky barrier rectifier.

SB6030PT has seven features. (1) Schottky barrier chip. (2) Guard ring die construction for transient protection. (3) low power loss, high efficiency. (4) High surge capability. (5) High current capability and low forward voltage drop. (6) For use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection application. (7) Plastic material: UL flammability classification rating 94V-0. That are all the main features.

(10) Its typical thermal resistance junction to case would be 1.0 K/W. (11) Its operating and storage temperature range would be from -55 to +150°C.
