SBL-121 has four features. (1)Facilitates easy mounting on MIC (microwave IC). (2)Less parasitic components, conversion loss. (3)Usable in millimeter wave band. (4)In addition to 7 single types, 20 integrated types are available. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of SBL-121 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its reverse voltage would be -4v. (2)Its peak reverse voltage would be -4.5V. (3)Its average rectified current would be 50mA. (4)Its peak forward current would be 150mA. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (6)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (7)Its mounting condition would be 200°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics of SBL-121 are concluded as follow. (1)Its reverse voltage would be -4V with conditions of Ir=-10uA. (2)Its forward voltage would be 0.9V with conditions of If=30mA. (3)Its total capacitance would be 0.25pF max with conditions of V=0V and f=1MHz. (4)Its series resistance would be 2ohms max with conditions of If=30mA. (5)Its conversion loss would be 2.5dB with conditions of f=12GHz and Plo=10mW. And so on.
