(2)Its working peak reverse voltage would be 18V. (3)Its maximum DC blocking voltage would be 25V. (4)Its maximum average forward rectified current would be 10A. (5)Its peak forward surge current 8.3ms single sine-wave superimposed on rated load (JEDEC method) would be 240A. (6)Its peak repetitive reverse current at tp=2us, 1KHz would be 1.0A. (7)Its voltage rate of change rated Vr would be 10000V/us. (8)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C.
