SBL2040CT has nine features. (1)Plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability classifications 94V-0. (2)Metal silicon junction, majority carrier conduction. (3)Low power loss, high efficiency. (4)High current capability, low forward voltage drop. (5)High surge capability. (6)For use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. (7)Dual rectifier construction, positive center-tap. (8)Guardring for overvoltage protection.
