The SC1476 is designed as portable IMVP-IV cual phase power supply controller. With its integrated smart driver, it powers advanced pentium IV processors. SC1476 has many features. The first one is IMVP-IV compliant single chip solution. The second one is high speed hysteretic controller. The third one is selectable single / dual phase operation. The fourth one is selectable constant-ripple or constant-frequency operation. The fifth one is selectable analog or VID controlled deepersleep setting. The sixth one is 6 bit programmable output. The seventh one is integrated drivers. The eighth one is programmable softstart. The ninth one is programmable boot voltage. The tenth one is programmable deepersleep voltage. The eleventh one is dynamic phase current matching. The twelfth one is under-voltage lock out on VccA. The thirteenth one is over voltage protection on CORE.
