SCI7910Y General Description

SCI7910Y Series are fixed voltage regulators of a CMOS silicon gate process. The SCI7910Y Series are constructed of a reference voltage source, a differential amplifier and a resistor for setting voltage levels. The SCI7910Y Series are negative regulators. SCI7910Y Series are available in SOT 89-3pin (plastic) packages.
