The SD241-1 is designed as one kind of dual power schottky rectifier device that has some points of features:(1)very low forward voltage;(2)low recovered charge;(3)rugged packaged design (TO-3);(4)high efficiency for low voltage supplies;(5)dual schottky rectifiers in a single package.
