SD42C4404

The SD42C4404 is a 4-bit single chip micro-computer having 4k bytes ROM and is designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. It includes such peripherals as various timers, A/D converter, serial communication interface, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry.
