SD5001

The SD5001 is monolithic switch. There features four individual double-diffused enhancement-mode MOSFETs built on a common substrate.

Features of the SD5001 are:(1)quad SPST switch with zener input protection;(2)low interelectrode capacitance and leakage;(3)ultra-high speed switching;(4)ultra-low reverse capacitance:0.2pF;(5)low guaranteed rDS@5V;(6)low turn-on threshold voltage.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SD5001 can be summarized as:(1)gate-gain,gate-source voltage:+25V/-15V;(2)gate-substrate voltage:+25V/-0.3V;(3)drain-source voltage:10V;(4)drain-source-substrate voltage:15V;(5)drain current:50mA(6)lead temperature:300;(7)storage temperature:-65 to 150;(8)operating junction temperature:55 to 260.
