General Description
SDA2120 General Description
The SDA2120 is 120MHz Pll for AM/FM receivers.It contains the complete digital section for tuning an AM/FM receiver by PLL frequency synthesis.
Features of the SDA2120 are:(1)integrated prescaler;(2)switch-selectable from AM to FM;(3)high frequency resolution FM=12.5kHz, AM=0.5kHz.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SDA2120 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:7.5V;(2)tuning supply voltage:32V;(3)IFO,PLE,CPI:5.5V;(4)AM,FM:5.5V;(5)input current amplifier:500A;(6)output current amplifier:7mA;(7)junction temperature:140;(8)storage temperature range:-40 to 125;(9)thermal resistance:65K/W.
