SDA5243

The SDA5243 is a NMOSH2 integrated circuit which performs all the processing of logical data within a 625 line system teletext decoder. It is designed to operation the conjunction with at least two chips.

Features of the SDA5243 are:(1)automatic selection of up to seven national languages;(2)four simulataneous page requests;(3)display of the 25th status row;(4)microprocessor control via an I2C bus;(5)data acquisition available from lines 2 to 22 or from a complete field;(6)direct interface to a static ram of up to 8kbytes;(7)high quality display using a character matrix of 12*10 dots;(8)single +5V supply voltage;(9)on-chip mask programmable rom character generators;(10)NMOSH2 process.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SDA5243 can be summarized as:(1)power supply range:-0.3V to +7.5V;(2)storage temperature range:-20 to +125;(3)operating ambient temperature range:-20 to +70.

The electrical characteristics of the SDA5243 are:(1)supply voltage:4.5V to 5.5V, 5V(typ.);(2)supply current:140mA to 200mA;(3)input rise/fall times:10ns to 80ns;(4)input set-up time:40ns;(5)input hold time:40ns;(6)input leakage current:200uA;(7)input capacitance:7pF;(8)DC input voltage:-0.3V to +10V.
