SG1627

The SG1627 series devices are monolithic,high-speed driver integrated circuits designed to interface digital control logic with high current loads.Each device contains two independent drivers which will eighter source or sink up to 500mA of current.The sink transistor is designed as a saturating switch while the source transistor can be used eighter as a switch or as a constant current generator with external resistor progranmming.

The SG1627 has seven features.The first one is two independent driver circuits.The second one is outputs will sourceor sink currents to 500mA.The third one is 300ns response time.The fourth one is fully compatibility with SG1524 PWM circuit.The fifth one is constant current drive capability.The sixth one is two volt thereshold for high noise immunity.The seventh one is source and sink can be separated for complementary outputs.

The SG1627 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is supply voltage,the symbol is VCC,the rating is 30V.When parameter is output collector voltage,the rating is 30V.When parameter is source or sink current,the symbol is DC,the rating is 500mA.When parameter is peak current(<2% duty cycle),the rating is 1A.When parameter is input voltage range,the rating is -30V to 5.5V.When parameter of SG1627 is input current,the rating is 10mA.When parameter is operating junction temperature hermetic (J package),the rating is 150.When parameter is storage temperature range,the rating is -65 to 150.When parameter is lead temperature (soldering,10 seconds),the rating is 300.
