The SG1826-042B is designed as one kind of current mode PWM controller device that is specified for operation over the full military ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. And this deivce has under voltage lockout, current limiting circuitry and start-up current of less than 1mA.
Features of the SG1826-042B are:(1)10V to 30V operation; (2)5.1V reference trimmed to ±1%; (3)2 MHz oscillator capability; (4)1.5A peak totem-pole drivers; (5)U.V. lockout with hysteresis; (6)no output driver "float"; (7)programmable softstart; (8)double-pulse suppression logic; (9)wideband low-impedance error amplifier; (10)current-mode or voltage-mode control; (11)wide choice of high-frequency packages.
