SG7912CK

The SG7912CK is one member of the SG7900 series that designed as one kind of negative regulators with a variety of output voltages and four package options this regulator series is an optimum complement to the SG7900A/SG7900, SG140 line of three terminal regulators.And the output voltage can be increased through the use of a simple voltage divider.

Features of the SG7912CK are:(1)output current to 1.5A;(2)excellent line and load regulation;(3)foldback current limiting;(4)thermal overload protection;(5)voltages available: -5V, -12V, -15V;(6)contact factory for other voltage options;(7)available in surface mount package.
