Description

The SGA-4563 is designed as one kind of high performance cascadeable 50 ohm amplifier that ouses the latest silicon germanium heterstructure bipolar transistor process featuring 1 micron emitters with FT up to 50 GHz. SGA-4563 requires only DC blocking and bypass capacitors and a bias inductor for external components. Frequency performance may be extended using the 2 GHz application circuit shown in sheet 5.

Features of the SGA-4563 are:(1)DC-2500 MHz operation;(2)single voltage supply;(3)low current draw: 45 mA at 3.5 typ.;(4)lhigh output intercept: 26 dBm typ. at 1950 MHz.
