The SGA-6389 is designed as one kind of silicon germanium HBT heterostructure bipolar transistor MMIC amplifier that offers excellent isolation and flat gain response for applications to 6 GHz. This device typically provides +20.0 dBm output IP3, 10.2 dB of gain, and +7.5 dBm of 1 dB compressed power using a single positive voltage supply. Only 2 DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor and an optional RF choke are required for operation.
