SI-3025LSA-TL

The SI-3025LSA-TL is one member of the SI-3025LSA family which is designed as the low-voltage, high-current 1.8 V linear regulator that is supplied in a fully molded 8-lead miniature surface-mount package (tape and reel) with enhanced power-dissipating qualities.  Features of the SI-3025LSA-TL are:(1)1 A output current; (2)LSTTL/CMOS-compatible on/off control less than 1 A "sleep" current; (3)internal foldback overcurrent limiting; (4)internal thermal protection; (5)surface-mount package.
