Features of the SI-7200E are:(1)chopped bridge bipolar driver-made it unnecessary to put series resistor; (2)full bridge bipolar driver-made it possible to use the coils of motoe effectively; (3)surge voltage utilization-resures the inductive energy by changing it to capacitor, which odes not require damping circuit.

The specifications of the SI-7200E can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(Vcc) is 60 V; (2): surge voltage(Vcc) is 70 V; (3): output current(Io) is 1.2 A; (4): junction temperature(Tj) is 125; (5): operating temperature(Topr) is -20 to +80; (6): storage temperature(Tstg) is -30 to +100.
