The SI-7200E makes total system compact because of low power disspation and because of integrated circuit utilization.Output torque can be controlled easily by PWM circuit.It can be applied to double1-2 phase excitation motors.

Features of the SI-7200E are:(1)chopped bridge bipolar driver-made it unnecessary to put series resistor; (2)full bridge bipolar driver-made it possible to use the coils of motoe effectively; (3)surge voltage utilization-resures the inductive energy by changing it to capacitor, which odes not require damping circuit.
