SI-8213 General Description
The SI-8213 is designed as one kind of self oscillating switching type that has some points of features:(1)integrated switching IC and coil construction; (2)requires 2 external components only; (3)low switching noise; (4)heatsink not required. And this device can be used in telephone power supplies and onboard local power supplies applications.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SI-8213 can be summarized as:(1)DC Input Voltage: 60 V;(2)Storage Temperature: -25 to +85 °C;(3)Power Dissipation: 1.17 W;(4)Junction Temperature: +100 °C. The electrical characteristics of this device can be summarized as:(1)Output Voltage: 11.8 to 12.2 V;(2)Efficiency: 78 %;(3)Switching Frequency: 25 kHz;(4)Line Regulation: 60 mV;(5)Load Regulation: 60 mV;(6)Temperature Coefficient of Output Voltage: +/- 1.5 mV/°C;(7)Switching Ripple Voltage: 30 to 60 mVp-p.
