SKHI 24(R)

The SKHI 24(R) is designed as one kind of hybrid dual IGBT driver, SKHI 24(R) has some features such as:(1)double driver for halfbridge IGBT modules;(2)SKHI 24 is compatible to old SKHI 24R;(3)SKHI 24 has additional functionality;(4)CMOS compatible inputs;(5)short circuit potection by Vce monitoring and switch off ;(6)drive interlock top/bottom;(7)isolation by transformers;(8)supply undervoltage protection(13 V);(9)error latch/output.Also it can be used in (1)driver for IGBT modules in bridge circuits in choppers,inverter drives UPS and whelding inverters and (2)DC bus voltage up to 1200 V.
