The SKHI 26F is designed as one kind of hybrid dual IGBT driver, SKHI 26F has some features such as:(1)double driver for halfbridge IGBT modules;(2)SKHI 26 is compatible to old SKHI 26R;(3)SKHI 26 has additional functionality;(4)CMOS compatible inputs;(5)short circuit potection by Vce monitoring and switch off ;(6)drive interlock top/bottom;(7)isolation by transformers;(8)supply undervoltage protection(<13 V);(9)error latch/output;(10)DC bus voltage up to 1200 V.Also it can be used in (1)driver for IGBT modules in bridge circuits in choppers,inverter drives UPS and whelding inverters and (2)DC bus voltage up to 1200 V.
