SKN 100/04

The SKN 100/04 is designed as one kind of fast recovery rectifier diode with some features such as:(1)hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator;(2)reverse voltage up to 1800 V;(3)soft recovery;(4)threaded stud ISO M12,M16x1,5;(5)SKN:anode to syud,SKR:cathode to stud.Also SKN 100/04 can be used in all-purpose mean power rectifier diodes;cooling via metal plates or heatsinks;non-controllable and half-comtrollable rectifiers;free-wheeling diodes and recommended snubber network:RC:0.25 uF,50(Pr=2 W),Rp=50 K(Pr=20 W).
