The SL560CCM is designed as one kind of 300MHz low noise amplifier which contains very high performance transistors and associated biasing components in an eight-lead TO-5 package forming a 300MHz low noise amplifier. The configuration employed permits maximum flexibility with minimum use of external components. Typical applications include radar IF preamplifiers, infra-red systems head amplifiers, amplifiers in noise measurement systems, low power wideband amplifiers, instrumentation preamplifiers, 50ohms line drivers, wideband power amplifiers, wideband dynamic range IF amplifiers and aerial preamplifiers.
SL560CCM has five features. (1)Gain up to 40dB. (2)Noise figures less than 2dB (Rs 200ohms). (3)Bandwidth 300Mhz. (4)Supply voltage 2 to 15V (depending on configuration). (5)Low power consumption. Those are all the main features.
Some SL560CCM absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be +15V. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (3)Its junction temperature would be 175°C. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. (5)Its thermal resistance would be 225°C/W for chip-to-ambient and would be 65°C/W for chip-to-case. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some SL560CCM electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its small signal voltage gain would be min 11dB and typ 14dB and max 17dB. (2)Its gain flatness would be typ +/-1.5dB. (3)Its upper cut-off frequency would be typ 250MHz. (4)Its output swing would be min +5dBm and typ +7dBm at Vcc=6V and would be typ +11dBm at Vcc=9V. (5)Its noise fugure (common emitter) would be 1.8dB at Rs=200ohms and would be typ 3.5dB at Rs=50ohms. (6)Its supply current would be typ 20mA and max 30mA. And so on. At present we have not got so much information about it and we would try to get more information about it. If you have any question or suggestion or want to know more information please contact us for details. Thank you!
