SL6700

The SL6700 is designed as one kind of single or double conversion IF amplifier and AM detector that can be used for AM radio applications. Its low power consumption makes it ideal for hand held applications. Normaily this device will be fed with a first IF signal of 10.7 MHz or 21.4 MHz, there is a mixer for conversion to the first or second IF, a detector, an AGC generator with optional delayed output and a noise blanker monostable.

Features of the SL6700 are:(1)high sensitivity: 10 uV minimum;(2)low power: 8 mA typical at 6 V;(3)linear detector.
