SL74HC163N

The SL74HC163N is one member of the SL74HC163 family which is designed as the high-performance silicon-gate CMOS device that is binary counter with asynchronous Reset. This device is programmable 4-bit synchronous counter that feature parallel Load, asynchronous Reset, a Carry Output for cascading and count-enable controls. Features of the SL74HC163N are:(1)outputs directly interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL; (2)operating voltage range: 2.0 to 6.0 V; (3)low input current: 1.0 uA; (4)high noise immunity characteristic of CMOS devices.
