SL74HC244N

The SL74HC244N is one member of the SL74HC244 family which is designed as the octal 3-state noninverting buffer / line driver / line receiver that can be used with 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and other bus-oriented systems. Also the device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LS/ALSTTL outputs.  Features of the SL74HC244N are:(1)High Noise Immunity Characteristic of CMOS Devices; (2)outputs directly interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL; (3)operating voltage range: 2.0 to 6.0 V; (4)low input current: 1.0 uA.
