The SL74HC245N is one member of the SL74HC245 family which is designed as the octal 3-state inverting buffer / line driver / line receiver that is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS245. also this device can be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to High Speed CMOS inputs.
