SL74HC4094N

The SL74HC4094N is one member of the SL74HC163 family which is designed as the high-performance silicon-gate CMOS device that consists of an 8-bit shift register and 8-bit D-type latch with three-state parallel outputs. The inputs of this device are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LS/ALSTTL outputs.
