SLD303XT

The SLD303XT is a gain-guided, high-power laster diode with a built-in TE cooler. The feature of SLD303XT are as follows: (1)high power recommended power output PO=450mW; (2)small operating current; (3)newly developed flat package with built-in TE cooler, thermistor and photodiode.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SLD303XT are: (1)radiant power output: 500mW; (2)reverse voltage: 2V; (3)operating temperature: -10 to +30; (4)storage temperature: -40 to +85; (5)operating current of TE cooler: 2.5A.
