Features of the SM2965 are:(1)working voltage:4.5V through 5.5V;(2)program voltage:5V;(3)12 clocks per machine cycle;(4)64k byte on chip flash memory with in-system programming capability;(5)1024 byte on chip data RAM;(6)three 16 bit timers/counters;(7)onw watch dog timer;(8)full duplex serial channel;(9)page free jumps;(10)BCD arithmetic;(11)nested interrupt;(12)code protection function.
