SM4T17

The SM4T17 is a termination insensitive mixer,designed for use in military,wirless and test equipment applications.The design utilizes schottky bridge quad diodes,broadband ferrite baluns and internal loads to external VSWR mismatches.Environmenttal screening available to MIL-STD-883,MIL-STD-202 or MIL-DTL-2883,consult factory.

The SM4T17 has 7 features.The first one is LO 1 to 3400 MHz.The second one is RF 1 to 3400 MHz.The third one is IF 1 to 2000 MHz.The fourth one is LO driver:+17 dBm(nominal).The fifth one is insensitive to system mismatch.The sixth one is high intercept:+24 dBm (TYP.)The seventh one is +260 reflow compatible.

The SM4T17 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is operating temperature,the absolute maximum is -54 to +100.When parameter is storage temperature,the absolute maximum is -65 to 100.When parameter is peak input power,the absolute maximum is +27 dBm max @ +25.When parameter is peak input current,the absolute maximum is 50 mA DC.
