The SM5128A1 is a CB transceiver system CMOS IC that incorporates a PLL synthesizer, USA-fre-quency specification code ROM, channel up/down control circuit, LCD driver and channel-change unlock signal generator.
Features of the SM5128A1 are:(1)USA-specification code ROM;(2)channel up/down control circuit;(3)unlock signal generator circuit;(4)channel/PA display decoder;(5)LCD driver;(6)channel-change confirmation tone output signal;(7)amplifier for an active low-pass filter;(8)single-cystal oscillator circuit;(9)molybdenum-gate CMOS process.
