The SM5132CS is CMOS LSI that incorporate two PLLs for signal transmission and recepetion in cordless telephones.It features 15 communication channels.

Features of the SM5132CS are:(1)transmit and receive PLLs;(2)baseset unit and handset unit selection;(3)parallel channel selection;(4)built-in digital lock detector;(5)standby function suspends transmit function to save power;(6)60MHz maximum operating frequency;(7)direct frequency division and locking in transmit PLL at 46 to 49 MHz operating frequency;(8)5kHz reference frequency;(9)molybdenum-gate CMOS process;(10)2.7V to 5.5V supply.
