The SM5133EM is CMOS IC for quartz crystal oscillating module.It has a high frequency oscillating circuit and an output buffer with low current consumption.

Features of the SM5133EM are:(1)transmit and receive PLLs;(2)baseset unit and handset unit selection;(3)15 communication channels;(4)parallel channel selection;(5)built-in digital lock detector;(6)standby function suspends transmit function to save power;(7)60MHz maximum operating frequency;(8)direct frequency division and locking in transmit PLL at 46 to 49 MHz operating frequency;(9)5KHz reference frequency;(10)molybdenum-gate CMOS process.
