SM5142AM General Description
The SM5142AM is a 20MHz frequency synthesizer PLL IC,fabricated using NPC's unique molybdenum-gate CMOS process.It is ideal for tuners that use double-conversion receivers.
Features of the SM5142AM are:(1)20MHz direct frequency divison;(2)4 selectable reference frequencies;(3)built-in transistor for low-pass filter;(4)60kHz and 8Hz outputs for external application;(5)package:14-pin plastic SSOP;(6)molybdenum-gate CMOS process.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SM5142AM can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage range:-0.3V to 6.5V;(2)input voltage:-0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(3)AOUT output current range:0mA to 5.0mA;(4)AOUT output voltage range:-0.3V to 15.0V;(5)power dissipation:150mW;(6)operating temperature range:-30 to 85;(7)storage temperature:-55 to 125;(8)soldering temperature:255;(9)soldering time:10s.
