SM6011

The SM6011 is a high-speed data converter fabricated in molybdenum-gate CMOS.It comprises one 8-bit A/D converter,which use a half-flash conversion method, and two 8-bit voltage-output D/A converters.

Features of the SM6011 are:(1)internal clock not required;(2)low power consumption;(3)can be connected directly to a CPU;(4)single 5V supply;(5)28-pin plastic DIP and 28-pin SOP;(6)molybdenum-gate CMOS process.
