The SM6103 is an 8-bit A/D converters fabricated in molybdenum-gate CMOS.It features fast conversion times using a half-flash conversion method.

Features of the SM6103 are:(1)8-bit resoultion;(2)external sample-and-hold circuit not required for input signals with less than 200mV/s slew rate;(3)8.5mA current consumption;(4)no external clock required;(5)direct microprocessor interface;(6)single 5V supply;(7)molybdenum-gate CMOS process.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SM6103 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage range:-0.3V to 7V;(2)input voltage range:-0.3V to (VDD+0.3)V;(3)output voltage range:-0.3V to (VDD+0.3)V;(4)power dissipation:250mW;(5)storage temperature range:-40 to 125;(6)soldering temperature:260;(7)soldering time:10s.
