SN54122

The SN54122 is a kind of D-C triggered multivibration which features output pulse-duration control by three methods.The basic pulse time is programmed by selection of external resistance and capacitance values.

Features of of the SN54122 are:(1)DC triggered from active-high or active-low gated logic inputs; (2)retrigerable for very long output pulses,up to 100% duty cycle; (3)overridding clear terminate output pulse; (4)have internal timing registors.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54122 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, vcc is 7 V ; (2): input voltage is 5.5 V; (3): operating free-air temperature range is -55 to 125; (4): storage temperature range is -65 to 150.
