SN5413

The SN5413 is a kind of dual 4-input positive-NAND schemitt trigger which functions as a 4-input NAND gate, but because of the Schmitt action, it has different input threshold levels for positive and for negative going signals.

Features of of the SN5413 are:(1)operation from very low edges; (2)improved line-receiving characteristics; (3)high noise immunity.
