SN54145

The SN54145 is designed as one kind of BCD-to decimal decoders/drivers with four features:(1)full decoding of input logic;(2)SN54145,SN74145 and SN74LS145 have 80 mA sink-current capability;(3)all outputs are off for invalid BCD input conditions;(4)low power dissipation of LS145... 35 mW typical.Each circuit functions as a 2-input NAND gate,but because of the schmitt action,it has different input threshold levels for positive and for negative going signals.These circuits are temperature-compensated and can be triggered from the slowest of input ramps and still give clear,jitter-free output signals.The SN54145,SN74145 and SN74LS145 are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55 to 125.The SN54145,SN74145 and SN74LS145 are characterized for operation from 0 to 70.
