SN54150

The SN54150 is a kind of data selector/multiplexer which contains full on-chip binary deconding to select the desired data source.It selects one-of-sixteen data sources and has a strobe input which must be at a low logic level to enable the device.A high level at the strobe forces the W output high, and the Y output(as applicable)low.

The electrical specifications of the SN54150 can be summarized as:(1): high-level input voltae(VIH) is 2 V min; (2): low-level input voltage(VIL) is 0.8 V max; (3): input clamp voltage(VIK) is -1.5 V max when Vcc is min and II is -8 mA; (4): input current at maximum input voltage(II) is 1 mA max when vcc is max and Vi is 5.5 V; (5): high-level input current(IIH) is 40 uA max when vcc is max and Vi is 2.4 V.
