SN54154

The SN54154 monolithic,4-line-to-16-line decoders utillzes TTL circuitry to decode four binary-coded inputs into one of sixteen mutually exclusive outputs when both the strobe inputs.

Features of the SN54154 are:(1)'154 is ldeal for high-performance memory decoding; (2)decodes 4 binary-coded inputs into one of 16 mutually excludive outputs; (3)performs the demultiplexing function by distributing data from one input line to any one of 16 outputs; (4)input clamping diodes simplify system design; (5)high fan-out,low-impedance,totem-pole outputs; (6)fully compatible with mist TTL and MSI circuits.
