SN54155

The SN54155 is a kind of monolithic transistor-transistor-logic(TTL) circuit which features dual 1-line to 4-line demultiplexers with individual strobes and common binary-address inputs in a single 16-pin  package. When both sections are enabled by the strobes, the common binary-address inputs sequentially select and route associated input data to the appropriate output of each section.

Features of of the SN54155 are:(1)individual strobes simplify cascading for decoding or demultiplexing larger words; (2)input clamping diodes simplify system design; (3)applications:dual  2 to 4-line decoder.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54155 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, vcc is 7 V ; (2): input voltage is 5.5 V; (3): storage temperature range is -65 to 150.
