The SN5426 is a 2-input open-collector NAND gates feature high-output voltage ratings for interfacing with low-threshold-voltage MOS logic circuits or other 12-volt systems.Although the output is rated to withstand 15 volts,the VCC terminal is connected to the standard 5-volt source.The SN5426 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55 to 125.

Features of the SN5426 is for driving low-threshold-voltage MOS inputs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN5426 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature:-55 to 125; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
